1) Does your company have same day delivery services? In what area?
Yes, we do provide the same-day delivery services, covering 3 big cities (Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, and Da Nang).
- If the customer places the orders before 11:00AM: VCN Express will deliver the orders in the afternoon within the same day.
- If the customer places the orders after 11:00AM: VCN Express will deliver the orders in the morning the next working day.
2) Does your company provide payment-on-delivery services?
Yes, we do.
3) If no, could you consider implementing this service in your company if our company would provide you with a certain amount of orders (please, specify the conditions)?
4) If yes, could you please tell the details (do you accept cash-on-delivery, bank cards-on-delivery, what fees do you charge, how frequent do you return payment-on-delivery money, if you accept bank cards-on-delivery, do you have your mobile Point Of Sale, or you would use our mPOS)?
- VCN Express accepts the cash-on-delivery service.
- VCN Express also accepts payment via bank-account-transfer, only available for 3 local banks, including Vietcombank, ACB and Eximbank.
- We are currently working with mobile POS (MoMo, Moca apps, etc.) to expand our payment service options.
Payment-on-delivery fee:
- For those clients choosing to receive payment-on-delivery via our accepted 3 bank accounts (Vietcombank, ACB, Eximbank):
o The payment fee is based on the bank transfer fee. For instance, VCB charges VND 4,400 per transaction for VCB bank holders, VND 3,300 for ACB, free of charge for Eximbank.

Payment schedule for this method is as follows:
o We accept the payment-on-delivery money return after 24 hours of successful delivery (for HCMC-based offices), and 48 hours for other offices.

5) Does your company work with e-commerce?
Yes, we are working several e-commerce websites, including Aothu.vn, Takara.vn, Fado.vn, Megavita.vn, Sokara.vn, Kimtashop.com and so on.
6) How do you process the orders in your company (API, Website (administration panel), Excel)?
We have a variety of options for this, including: API, or Website administration and excel spreadsheet template for your upload.
7) Do you provide fulfillment services (please, specify the details)?
Yes, we do. Our fulfillment services include:
- Store goods in our nationwide warehouses (HCMC, Ha Noi and Da Nang).
- Labeling, packaging and delivery upon your clients’ requests.
8) Do you work with other delivery services?
Yes, we selectively work with some companies (such as Vietnam Post) for those remote delivery areas, or low-volume delivery areas.
9) Can you store our orders and then pass them to other delivery service (please, specify the details?)
Yes, in some cases, please refer to the answer 8.
10) What is the area your company covers?
We have been successful to handle deliveries in 63 provinces, nationwide.

12) Do you have your own delivery staff or you crowdsource it?
We have our own delivery staff covering HCMC, Ha Noi, Da Nang. For other provinces, we outsource it.
13) Do you have your own partnerships with other delivery services?
No we don’t work at partnership level with any local delivery service providers, but for international shipping, we partner with GiaoNhan247.com.
14) Please, state any extra information about your company that we may need to know (work with e-commerce, deliver to postamats, to pick-up points, provide with customs clearance services, etc.)?
- We have been worked consistently with our Top 20 e-commerce clients and many online mom-and-pop shops (via facebook, zalo apps, ect.). Of note, we have been the partner of Zoday.vn, Ting.vn, Megavita.vn and Fado.vn e-commerce websites.
- We have currently 9 pick-up points based on our above-mentioned warehouses, but are continuously expanding to Nha Trang, Can Tho next month.
- Upon your requests, we are also able to provide our customer clearance. For your information, GiaoNhan247.com and VCN Express are under the same group that we are running at present, in which GiaoNhan247.com operates in the international delivery, while VCN Express is in charge of domestic delivery.
15) How many orders can you process per day?
We have been processing more than 2,000 transactions per day. Given your expected 9,000 order per month, we are confident to handle the delivery service for you.
16) How do you label and track the items? Do you have online status check? If no, how and how frequent do you update information about the delivery status?
- Items will be labeled in-house by VCN Express, including Code information.
- Customers are able to check the delivery status online, real-time via our website, or via VCN Express mobile app. (Please note that real-time online delivery status check is only applied in HCMC, Ha Noi and Da Nang for the time being, but we will work hard to cover other locations in the future).
- When items are delivered successfully, VCN Express will inform customer via email notification.
- In some cases such as the receiver does not pick up the phone for our courier, VCN Express also will notify to customers via emails, website and mobile app.
17) How do you work with refuse-to-pay or undelivered orders (does the courier call the customer in advance, how many attempts makes the courier, what are the cost for us of returned items and second attempt delivery?
Our courier will call the customer in advance, and there is free of charge for the 2ndattempt of unsuccessful delivery.
For cancelling the delivery:
- In HCMC: we only charge fee of the delivery way (the return way will be free of charge).
- In Ha Noi, Da Nang, Binh Duong: we charge fee of the delivery way and 50% fee of the return way.
- In the remaining areas: we charge 100% fee of the delivery way and 100% fee of the return way.
